Came in one day just to get my shoes widened. The service was so excellent I also left with a new pair of shoes. Harry in particular was especially accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely returning when I am in the market for a new pair.

What a ripper experience at McCloud Shoes on Queen Street, Melbourne. I picked up a lovely pair of boat shoes, and Harry was an absolute legend. He’s clearly very experienced, knows his stuff, and made choosing the right pair so much easier. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful service from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the shoes or the experience. Highly recommend this place.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had a great experience with these people! I reached out about broken shoe laces on my Oxford shoes and received a quick reply. I then visited the store and Harry was extremely helpful, re-lacing my shoes perfectly within less than 5 minutes. Fantastic and efficient service, very friendly staff, and a genuine effort to help me out. Would highly recommend!
